With reference to above letter, the following Agenda for the  next Bi-monthly  Meeting to be held during  the 4^th week of this month are given below for your kind information.

1.   Discussion on  un settled old Items(Agenda  placed before the administration during last bi-monthly meeting held  on 30^th  September’2015).

2.   Repairing and white washing  of staff quarters located at CDA, Link Road and  Office Campus.

3.   Provision of  light in  Motor Cycle Shed.

4.   Supply of  sufficient qualitative Office Stationery to each & every Section.

5.    Replacing of Window Screens of the Office those were fixed during  shifting of Office  from Barabati Stadium to  the present building.

6.   Providing sufficient numbers of new Computers to PA Sections.

7.   Any other issue with due permission from the Chair.
