Com AP Shastry after putting three decade long association with AIPAEA retires on 31st March’2013 and such an inevitable incident of service may not be an accident but will never be erased from the history of AIPAEA.  He is a reservoir of guidance, servitor of sincerity and  an in indomitable fighter against injustice meted to his own clan.  To put it in other words he is the PITAMAH VISHMA of our AIPAEA Movement.  He is very simple by nature and his straight-forwardness comes from the core of his heart but when he vows to bat against all odds and injustice of administration, he stands like an immovable rock and  his razor-sharper wits comes straight from  his hat.

                He has been to Cuttack many times for overseeing as well as resolving the Organizational issues.  His acumen- ship to resolve any tangled and sticky issues even without putting extra effort radiates his aura personality and no doubt has become a perennial source of inspiration for Postal Accounts fraternity.  His south ascent English speech had touched Cuttack comrades so deeply that we all forgot our language differences in a minute as if he is one amongst us. The more we try to tint on him, the deeper it dents of his parting.

                  Like any other normal human being he has also short falls, but his ability to change an adversity into an opportunity within no time simply makes him great.  In fact he is a leader by birth, soldier by perseverance and has track records to win over a winner. 

                Cuttack Unit pray all the best for him.
                Wish him a happy and peaceful  retired life.
