Our beloved Com. P. Rajanayagam Ex-General Secretary  AIPAEA(HQr), New Delhi  retires today. AIPAEA Cuttack Unit remembers him as a path breaker of the Organizational activities and he has taken AIPAEA Movement to a new height . Be it merger of DAP with DOT, 10% SCF from Senior Accountant to AAO or even Gr."B" Status to Senior Accountants was the brain child of Com Rajanayagam.  All India gradation list of Senior Accountants was initiated by Com Rajanayagam.  Whenever we think of Recruitment Rule or Restructuring of Cadre in PAOs it is Com Rajanayagam who is remembered first to advocate functional autonomy of DAP with more teeth  to Internal Audit and to streamline the financial transactions of the Department.  Moreover the present day AIPAEA Blog-spot Information was his revolutionary  creation. Many of his dreams are yet to be translated into reality. At this very transitory moment when he is bidding good bye to the Govt Service on superannuation we still look upon him as a perennial guiding force in coming days to fulfill his dreams.
