“BI-MONTHLY MEETING WITH AIPAEA SERVICE ASSOCIATION, CUTTACK WITHOUT CHAIRED BY HEAD OF OFFICE”

The bi-monthly meeting was  conducted on 30^th September 2015 by  ACAO in the chamber of DDAP who is on leave  for a long.  Though our DAP was present in his chamber but he did not come to the meeting.  The ACAO informed us that if  needed, two office-bearers  could meet DAP.  But  we thought it was not proper to meet DAP  as he ignored the meeting procedure  under Service Association Rules. The meeting concluded in the absence of our head of office.
