POST BANKS SMART MAKEOVER FOR POST OFFICES SOON

Wearing the badge of neighborhood bank is not a dream at all. The post banks are proposed to be owned by DOP    but with completely independent Board, governance structure, and operations.  It will have representative from Ministries of Finance and Communications and IT.

POSTAL ACCOUNTS CADRE RESTRUCTURING PROPOSAL ACCEPTED BY POSTAL BOARD

COMRADES,

    WITH THE CONSTANT PERSUASION AND FOLLOW UP BY AIPAEA AND UNSTINTING SUPPORT FROM NFPE, FINALLY THE SECRETARY, DEPARTMENT OF POSTS HAS APPROVED THE CADRE RESTRUCTURING RECOMMENDATIONS RELATING TO POSTAL ACCOUNTS. THE FILE IS BEING PROCESSED TO SEND IT TO THE NODAL MINISTRY, DOP&T FOR FURTHER NECESSARY ACTION. 

     AIPAEA CONVEY ITS THANKS TO THE SECRETARY POSTS, JS&FA, DDG (PAF) AND OTHER OFFICERS IN THE DIRECTORATE.

THIS RESTRUCTURING WILL BENEFIT THE SORTERS AND LDCs OF PAOS AS THEY WILL GET THE GRADE PAY OF Rs. 2400/- AND CHANGE IN THE DESIGNATION AS ' ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT'. 

    THE RESTRUCTURING OF JA, SA AND AAO IS UNDER PERSUASION AT THE LEVEL OF AUDIT AND ACCOUNTS JAC.

    AIPAEA IS AWARE OF THE FACT THAT WE HAVE TO GO MILES TO TURN THIS PROPOSAL INTO REALITY. AIPAEA IS CONFIDENT OF ACHIEVING THIS WITH THE HELP OF NFPE AND CONFEDERATION.

No Panic: Decentralization a smoke!

I, BD Senapati, Circle Secretary, vehemently oppose  and object the rumor of  decentralization of postal accounts office spread by some sections and assure you all  that there  is having no truth in it.

Our General Secretary Com. TSN has already clarified his stance in this regard before DDG(PF) during   conference in Hyderabad in a very clear terms. 

His words I Quote" AIPAEA will not allow the decentralization to take shape, if otherwise the entire Postal Accounts Office will wage a battle  in the form Dharana/Strike to stop the decentralization."

Comrades, there is nothing to be panic. AIPAEA  will safeguard us and protect our interests.
