NK Das Dy Circle Secy's comments on training:
The above training was started with the Faculty CAs well in time. But with regard to minimum facilities, I am pained to say that there is no training atmosphere, without proper seating facilities. Even no proper light and acoustic system. Forget about acomputers or Air conditioned facilities. It was arranged in top floor without required number of fans. During second half it was just like a hot chamber.Subjects chosen, if we talk of CBSE standard, at least 20 sessions are required where as we have been told to finish it within a single class. It can be well imagined what sort of training programme it is. What we require, more classes with proper training facilities and away from the working place so that we concentrate more time for training. Of course, CA faculties are very good and proper logistic facilites are required to extract knowledge form the learned Faculties.

Administration should take feedback from the participants if at all it is interested in improving the training atmosphere, otherwise the coming session would also be a stereotype.
