VALEDICTION :Com. BIBHUDATTA SENAPATI EX CIRCLE SECRETARY, CUTTACK UNIT

More than two decades old spell in the post of circle secretary comes to an end when Com. Senapati decides not to file nomination for the post of secretary.

Soft spoken and  highly composed nature help him to clinch the advantage  in the favour of employees while bargains the demands with administration.  Being introvert he naturally buys the heart of comrades. He is widely known as SENAPATI :The Knight among comrades of  other units of AIPAEA and  HQr.  Fondly known as :BIBHU BHAI: he leads the association from the front.  He was the apple of eye for all in the cuttack unit, however,after the elevation to the post of Asst.Accounts Officer he could not give enough time to the union activities and in addition, the Stepping up of Pay episode becomes a dark phase of his tenure. Comrades start questioning the style of his functioning and even some hard nosed comrades raise voice against him.

He is most composed during time of crisis and change when he is  fully committed to resolving issues at  hand.
