          With reference to the letter cited above I am directed to address you on the following lines.

The Bimonthly meeting is an important channel of communication granted to the Recognized Circle Union/Association with the Head of the Office. This Channel is with the Head of the Office i.e. Director and it cannot be substituted. If Bi-monthly meeting with the Staff Side is held with the Head of the Office the decisions can be taken then and there without any procrastination.

Hence, this Association requests the Bi-monthly meeting with the Head of Office. 

I earnestly implore you to take expeditious action in this regard so that the important issues on the agenda of the Bi-monthly meeting can be addressed without further loss of time.
