Gen.Secy's report on CWC held on Jaipur in a nutshelll

Developments:

NFPE extends full support to AIPAEA to get its cadre restructuring proposal implemented.

Com AP Sastrijee is going to retire on 31-3-2013.

The demand of 7th CPC and 50% DA Merger has now caught the imagination of De fence and Railways unions.

Court cases regarding....

CHQ  has filed the Caveat in the Hon'ble High Court of  DELHI, CHQ also requesting the department to implement stepping up judgement without further litigation.

The case filed in CAT Chennai will come up for hearing in the next month

Railway Accounts Association has won the case of payment of arrears from Jan 96 to 18th March 2003 in the parity matter.Appropriate action will be taken by the CHQ and funds to be raised to fight  the case in the court of law.

Four advance increments issue has reached the final stage, file is expected to be signed soon.  SK Vyasjee's sincere effort have made it possible.

Part II Examination:

Still the stay order issued by Honble CAT Patna is in force.  The next date of hearing in this case is 20-3-2013. Only after the vacation of the Stay Order the Deptt case declare the result.
